Thank you for all of your work to make the dinner a success. You did such a great job and you were so diligent with all of the details — and you even made the planning fun.  I think it will be our most financially successful event yet.  – Barbara Ainslie, Clark County Skills Center

sp-divider-2Thank you for your great work Saturday night. I’ve done enough auctions and other events to know the difference and I want to tell you how appreciative I am for your attention to details.  You consistently put on well-organized events that hit the target!  Nicely done! – Doug Quinn, Clark PUD and amateur auctioneer

sp-divider-2Simple Pleasures may MAKE it look simple but having seen them move flawlessly from handling caterers to designing room layouts and working with VIP guests, it’s clear that they are among the best in the business! We are lucky to have them here!! – Clint Kaster, SmartTech AV

sp-divider-2You were awesome and we can’t thank you enough for organizing us and our “Skwish Party” at The Hamilton House (Red Cross Building at the Fort).  As we were leaving just a few days later for vacation, we really depended on your organizational abilities and talents to tie up all the loose ends that we undoubtedly would have had.  The party went really well . . . many “thank you’s” and “you really know how to throw a party” from the 200+ guests.  We truly couldn’t have done it without you.  Thanks for taking the worry and stress out of a very fun time.  We’re already planning the next one – so we’ll be in touch! – Scott and Sam Mikel, Scott Mikel & Associates

sp-divider-2Courtney has been working with events for many years. I first met her close to 20 years ago…… She is absolutely the best and most organized I have worked with, so much so that I hired her to plan my wedding reception!!!  I always look forward to working one of her events as I know it will be smooth sailing fundraising!!! –  Chris Leach, Chris Leach Auctioneers

sp-divider-2WOW! is an understatement for the professional level of services provided by Courtney and Simple Pleasures Events. We have worked with them for the past three years and each fundraiser has been better than the last. Not only are the details executed in a timely fashion, they keep us informed of costs, remind us about deadlines and take care of millions of other little things to make the event planning process truly enjoyable. And of course, we have exceeded our event fundraising goal each year! Thank you Courtney and Simple Pleasures Events team! – Amy Tanska, Mount St. Helens Institute

sp-divider-2I wanted to take a minute to say thank you for your hard work and dedication to the Vancouver Sausage Fest and St. Joseph Catholic School.  You stepped into a difficult situation after a disappointing result in 2013 to turn things around.  I know there are other folks who do what you do professionally, but NOBODY could have handled that situation with the grace and professionalism you did.  Your connection with this community and our school, your positive attitude, and your can-do spirit pulled this off. We are grateful for your talents and that you shared them with us!  – Melinda Lee, Vancouver Sausage Fest Advisory Board Member

sp-divider-2We just finished working with the ladies of simple pleasures events for the Battleground Harvest Days and they were a pleasure. They were right on it when we needed something and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely work with them again. – The Hill Road Band

sp-divider-2I would strongly recommend Simple Pleasures Events for any major event planning in the Clark County area. Courtney and her team are meticulously organized and are experts in the industry. We have been working with her for four years, and there is no doubt that Simple Pleasures Events’ involvement helped us get us where we are today! – Billy Henry, Northwest Association for Blind Athletes

sp-divider-2Thanks so much for your presentation to our Development Director’s Group.  Our Special Events Committee met the next week and we distributed your handout as part of our agenda…it proved to be a great reference and helped us to reach a conclusion about which event we’d like to precede with…thanks again!” -Tom Bashwiner, FAHP

sp-divider-2Courtney has event planning down to a science. Consummate professional. She can literally herd cats. Many organizations think they can’t afford to hire an event planner. She will make you money right out of the gate. I have seen organizations take the leap over the years and looking back ask themselves why they waited to try. When you do hire her, do it early. Give her a year to plan and she will cultivate and coordinate your volunteers to bring them to their maximum potential without the “burn out”. – Russell Brent, Mill Creek Pub
